Unfortunately, a lot of pages are missing. We only had photocopies to work with. Putting together an updated version of a primer would help Montagnard Americans understand their written language and possibly improve their English learning, too.
This is a primer for Rhade, one of the five major languages spoken by Montagnards in the US.
