Getting basic info American consumers take for granted is expensive for refugees. Learning English produces a huge time gap during which costly social problems accrue until refugees can read, speak and understand their choices.
     • Why are they forced to wait?
     • Montagnard translation standards that reduce costs through available technologies.

     • Proposal for a Montagnard newspaper and media. Refugees need access to basic local news and information. They are over-reliant on agencies or fellow community members whose information can be faulty.
