A short slide show in which the health team demonstrates how Bahn Cahn is made. The point of this documentation was for them to understand why they were asking their friends and neighbors to describe a recipe as part of the Food Insecurity interview. By observing and documenting ingredients like bouillon cubes and canned products as the women prepared this dish, I had a clearer idea of food habits.
